We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel in Ubud. The river suite was spacious and elegantly decorated, offering a stunning view of the lush greenery. The sounds of nature created a truly relaxing atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly, especially our breakfast server Wulan. Highly recommended for a peaceful and off-grid getaway.

I could see garden from the window of the villa. And btw it was comfortable and had extremely comfy beds. The location of the hotel was remote, near the tropical forest of Bali, Ubud greenery and romantic restaurant. It also was by nature;))

The staff were exceptionally friendly and affable, and the free parking was available. My room included a mini-bar, climate control, and a personal safe. The service provided there was amazing.

The staff was incredibly attentive and always had a smile on their faces. The personalized service felt first class, with the staff even reaching out on Whatsapp before the trip to see if they could assist in any way. The rooms were beautiful and the pool area was a very tranquil place to relax.

The bathrooms were semi-open and there were privacy concerns. bugs and geckos were frequent visitors inside the room which may be unsettling for some guests.

We had a weekend getaway at a hotel located in a lush and serene location, surrounded by beautiful gardens at every step. The breakfast, served pretty well on the plates, was scrumptious to the core. The pool was great and very refreshing in the heat.

The scent in the room was a bit musty, and a little moldy too, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. the food wasn't up to the mark, and we had to go out to find better alternatives.
